"We have used ProCare for years for carpet cleaning only. They have always done a wonderful job and are very professional. We had water back up in our basement in May 2009. Water poured in both sides of our basement through the sump pump pits due to a blockage in one of the drains that transported the water to the street. We called ProCare at approx 10 pm that evening on an emergency basis – they immediately called back and said that they were on their way. Tim and his staff stayed until the early hours of the morning removing carpet and padding with water up past our ankles. The water continued to pour into our basement but they continued to stay and work with us to attempt to save everything we could in our finished basement. They were back early the next morning and came back every day to check on our basement until they could remove the blowers and dehumidifiers.

Without the help and expertise of this company, I’m sure we would have lost so much more of our personal belongs in this water emergency. We highly recommend this company and guarantee you will never be disappointed with their service."
